Summary

During my years working for fitness companies, I discovered that being a personal trainer can 

be mentally and physically challenging.

​

My goal was to design an app that supports fitness professionals in all aspects of the their job, 

such as coaching the beginner and the pro athlete alike, manage new and old clients, manage 

incoming and outgoing payments, promote the business and so forth. 

 

Stay Fit will enable trainers to quickly select exercise videos from a database when training 

clients back to back. Additionally, it will allow fitness coaches to create and share personalized 

workouts and nutrition programs with their clients, while constantly tracking progress to keep

clients engaged and accountable.
