I know I have allot to offer. What flows naturally to me are interpersonal skills like empathy, 

advocacy, and team empowerment. I'm a storyteller at heart and connecting others to the 

larger picture is where my heart aligns. I just want to make things better for those who'll use a

specific product or service. It's as simple as that.

Graciousness. Treat each other as you'd like to be treated! It's a no-brainer.

Empathy. If we put ourselves in the shoes of others, it's much easier to understand their needs, 

frustrations and emotions.

Curiosity. Never stop asking why. "Never stop questioning; curiosity has its own reason for 

existing." - Albert Einstein

Optimism. I found out that people who maintain a sunny disposition have better relationships

at work, are happier in their jobs and find more human centric solutions. This is a big one for

me.

Inclusion. Embrace diversity. There is so much to gain if you open your heart and mind to the

cultures and differences of other people. Exclusion kills creativity.

Transparency. Transparent behavior creates better work relationships, allows you to solve

problems faster and, more importantly, it builds trust.

Share. Sharing is literally caring. It doesn't matter what you share; it can be knowledge or your

lunch. Sharing with others makes you feel happy, promotes social connection, evokes gratitude

and is super contagious.

Grow. Personal growth is the whole reason we are on this beautiful planet called Earth.
